In case of the entire event being cancelled by the client for any reason other than Force Majeure (including declaration of War in Lebanon), the following cancellation will be incurred, 25% of the total estimated amount if cancelled after signing of the official agreement issued by the hotel, 75% of the total estimated amount if cancelled 10 days prior to the event date, and 100% cancellation fee if the event is cancelled within the 3 last days prior to the event. If the number of days for the event is reduced 3 weeks prior or during the actual event 50% of the total estimated amount of the days cancelled will be applicable. All prices are subjected to VAT. 50% of the estimated amount must be received upon confirming and signing the contract and the remaining amount must be settled one week before the event. Tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the event is not confirmed during this time, the space will be automatically released without notice. All bookings are to be confirmed in writing. A guaranteed minimum number of guests attending the event is requested one week prior to the event. You will be finally obligated for this number. No food or beverage may be brought onto the hotel premises for consumption during the event without the prior approval of the hotel management.
