Inspired by these memories of the sea, The Journey by Chef Luca invites you to drift through a world of flavours, from the ocean’s surface to its hidden depths, in a thoughtfully curated 11-course dining experience.
Each course reflects Chef Luca’s creative interpretation of the sea, combining refined technique, seasonal ingredients, and artistic storytelling. Throughout the evening, Chef Luca will personally guide guests through the inspiration behind each dish, creating an intimate and immersive culinary experience.
