All Spa appointments must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
Spa Treatments are available daily from 10:00 am - 08:00 pm. Check-in
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time at the spa to avoid your treatment time being reduced. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to you to accommodate other guests fairly. Attire
Please arrive at the spa wearing comfortable, light clothing or a bathrobe.
It is advisable to shower before arrival.
Disposable undergarments are available on request.
Towels, robes, and slippers are provided for use in and around the spa. Tranquillity Suites
Spa experiences and rituals are available for single guests or couples in our Couples Tranquillity Suites.
You or you and your partner can fully utilise this retreat by indulging alone or together in the delights from our spa menu. Spa Treatment Guidelines
Guests who have any medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before participating in spa treatments. It is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to or after any spa. Spa Therapists
Your therapist will explain the features and benefits of your treatment during your consultation and will offer appropriate homecare advice once your treatment is completed. Inform your therapist of any medical conditions you may have that could affect your treatment.
Your therapist may adjust your body position throughout the treatment; however, they will make sure that your modesty is covered and that you are always comfortable. Valuables
No jewellery should be worn at the spa. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises. Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited. Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice We require credit card information for bookings of non-hotel guests and where multiple treatments are being reserved. Refund Policy
Treatment packages, gift vouchers and retail products are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
The full price for the treatment will be charged for a no-show. Gift Certificates
Our spa enables you to treat a friend or loved one by giving them an experience they will never forget.
Gift certificates are available for use against any spa treatment or package.
Gift certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time of the treatment.
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Tailor-made spa packages are available upon request. Children
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the spa facilities. Special Considerations
Please switch off your mobile phone to fully enjoy a peaceful and tranquil environment.
We request that spa guests keep noise to a minimum and to respect other guests privacy by speaking softly.
Guests are not permitted to bring personal food and beverage items into the spa from outside.
Refreshments are offered during your stay with us.
Personal sound systems are not permitted in the spa except with the use of headphones.
